Treatment and housing

The family said that in October he transitioned into the next phase of treatment, a partial hospitalization program, while staying in supportive housing. The August 4 incident

Hilton, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandiera Jr., was hospitalized on August 4 following a TikTok livestream in which he appeared to self-harm. He was reported to have sustained injuries requiring surgery and significant blood loss. At the time, his family said he had suffered significant blood loss and required surgery. His mother, Teresita Lavandeira, was granted temporary custody of his three children following the incident.

Family and children

The family said Hilton has been able to spend time with his family during approved visits, including an evening celebrating his mom's 73rd birthday with the children. They said his three children are smiling, having fun and simply enjoying being kids. The family also said the children are doing well, staying busy with school and routines, and had a happy Halloween.
